Shipping within the Contiguous United States

Free shipping on contiguous U.S. orders of $85+
Orders under $25 ship for $10
Orders between $25 and $49 ship for $12.50
Orders between $50 and $84 ship for $15.00

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include all duties, taxes, and other landed fees. You can choose which UPS or Fedex service level you’d like to ship with at checkout. Please note we cannot ship to Russia, Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Cuba and Syria as our carriers do not offer service to these areas.


Important Shipping Details

We do not offer same-day shipping. In-stock items generally ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. When choosing your shipping method, please note that we ship from Columbus, Ohio 43215.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
 

If your order is urgent and must arrive by a specific date, please contact customer service prior to finalizing your order to confirm the shipping schedule. You can call us at 1-800-783-5683, ext. 215, or contact us here.

If your order is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt, you will be refunded for your order less a Restocking Fee of $15.



Lost Packages

For issues with delivery or tracking, please first reach out directly to the shipping company. In some cases, carriers might mark a shipment as ‘delivered’ prematurely. They may also need information from you in order to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, contact us here within two weeks of the tracking number’s delivery date. Please include your order number in your message and we’ll help you out!
